Friday, May 1: Field Day for 9th grade
Help us throw a field day for the freshmen and faculty/admin cohort at West Cabarrus! We’re joining with Young life and a few other organizations to do this. Here’s the opportunities:
BEFORE
- purchase or pack drinks, ice, chips, freeze pops, etc.
- Help make signs/plan activities
DURING – at WCHS, running games/activities or serving snacks
- 11:00am-12:00pm (setup and first wave)
- 12:00pm-1:00pm (field day)
- 1:00pm-2:00pm (wrap up and clean up)
- run games
- serve snacks
Thursday, May 7: Teacher Appreciation day for faculty and staff
Trinity Forest is taking one of the five days that week to bless and encourage the 120 staff at school! Let’s show our appreciation for hosting us and partnering with us as servants and stewards for the good of families in our community!
BEFORE
- gather supplies
- coordinate notes/cards
DURING – at WCHS
- help scoop and serve ice cream and drinks
- be present to encourage teachers
- 10:00am-11:30am
- 11:30am-1:00pm
